It is the duty of all WFA1 owners to read and fully understand the owner’s manual, in particular the safe handling procedures and the maintenance schedules for the WFA1. Warwick firearms australia will not be responsible for accidents and or firearm failures through neglect of these duties.


Warwick Firearms Australia (WFA) will always abide by the state and territory laws and expects all purchasers to be aware of their local state or territory laws and regulations.

While WFA will keep abreast of changes as best we can, it is expected that individuals will also maintain contact with the local authorities and not order anything that is not legal in their state or territory. WFA recommends that all purchasers contact their local firearms registry or firearms officer prior to purchase to ensure they are abiding by all laws and regulations.

Upon Receipt/ Freight

Warwick Firearms Australia wants our customers experience to be a good one and will endeavour to send every new rifle out in perfect condition. All rifles are thoroughly inspected prior to dispatch for cosmetic defects as well as all rifles being proofed, function tested and accuracy tested. Once the rifle is received please inspect it and notify WFA of any flaws or suspected defects within 48hrs. Images will need to be emailed straight away with purchaser’s details and the rifle serial number which will be cross checked with its file images. WFA will then assess if it has happened at our end, in transit or upon arrival. Should WFA or the freight company be to blame then a replacement or refund will be offered and return freight covered by WFA. If the freight company is to blame there could be some delays in processing, clear images of packaging will help sort this in a timely manner. Defects occurring through incorrect handling or unauthorised handling will not be considered the fault of WFA. This will incur return freight costs and potential rebuild/respray costs. Please note all rifles are machined and machining marks are expected in places. Cosmetic faults are considered to be to the surface finishes like cerakote or nickel. All rifles will be freighted in hard plastic cases lined with foam and these cases will be individually wrapped in cardboard boxes. Any damage to the package must be photographed and emailed to WFA. All listed prices are less shipping, shipping costs are added to the purchase price while in the checkout process and this varies from state to state. All parcels are sent with TNT and tracking info is available on request.

All rifles must be sent to a licenced firearms dealer.

International Customers

WFA is currently not exporting but we will be in the near future. Please email us at info@warwickfirearmsaustralia.com.au with your location and we will notify the agent in your country when we have one.

Delivery Time Frames

WFA will strive to complete orders as fast as possible, and maintain an accurate cart system. Please note cerakote is made to order and has an automatic 3 week wait. WFA will endeavour to keep stock on hand but on occasion some parts may be on back order which the cart should reflect. At the time of placing the order WFA will try to give the most accurate delivery times possible, should unexpected delays arise the purchaser will be notified. If time frames are important please contact WFA to ensure your requests can be met within your time frames.

Payment Options

WFA accepts Visa/Mastercard (additional 4% cost) and direct deposit.
Tax invoices will be provided to all purchasers. GST is charged additionally to prices listed. All prices listed are in Australian Dollars.
